Please remember to drink lots of water. Riders MUST bring at least two liters of water with them for the ride (in a backpack is best). Make sure they eat something before riding, and if they don’t eat much, bring snacks with them (fruit, granola bars, nuts etc.). Last practice, several riders struggled because they did not get to eat before practice. Please be sure our riders have something to eat before practice.

- Mountain bike
- Rain Gear (optional)
- Tire patch kit
- Mini tire pump
- closed toed shoes
- Wear athletic or bike shorts/t-shirt or jersey
- water bottle/hydration pack (2 liters of water)
- small backpack to wear while biking
- snacks if you don’t eat a good enough meal!
- gloves (optional)
- medicine (as required)
Corner Canyon (Draper): Take exit 291 for 12300 South from I-15 and turn east towards the mountains. Turn right on 1300 East. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Pioneer Road. Turn right onto 2000 East which changes into Highland Drive. Stay on Highland until you reach the parking area for the Draper Cycle Park on your right.
